- Achieve daily/monthly revenue targets
- Promote upselling and special offers
- Improve overall restaurant profitability
Inventory Control
- Monitor food & beverage stock
- Reduce wastage and control costs
- Coordinate with suppliers
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow FSSAI and hygiene standards
- Ensure cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
Reporting
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports
- Monitor expenses and staff performance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
