Job Summary
Indstaff HR Services is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our HR consultancy services, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Pitch HR services: Recruitment, Payroll, and Compliance
- Conduct client meetings (in-person / virtual)
- Understand client hiring needs and provide customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement fulfillment
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales & negotiation skills
- Client relationship management
- Understanding of HR services (preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / HR consultancy / staffing industry
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
