About the Role
We're looking for a commercially-minded Business Product Models Manager to sit at the intersection of AI product strategy and revenue operations. You will own how we take AI-powered products to market — designing pricing architectures, building revenue models, and structuring partnership frameworks that drive sustainable growth. This role is equal parts analyst, strategist, and executor.
Go-to-Market & Pricing
-
Design and iterate on pricing models (usage-based, seat-based, outcome-based) for AI products targeting enterprise and SMB segments
-
Conduct competitive pricing analysis and benchmark against industry peers to inform positioning
-
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop packaging tiers, promotional structures, and launch playbooks
-
Run pricing experiments — A/B tests, cohort analyses — and synthesise learnings into product and GTM decision
Revenue Modeling & Unit Economics
-
Build and maintain bottom-up revenue models, forecasting pipelines, and scenario analyses for new and existing AI products
-
Define and track key unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, and NRR
-
Partner with Finance to align product revenue projections with company-level planning and board reporting
-
Identify revenue leakage points and model the impact of product changes on retention and expansion
Partnership & BD Models
-
Structure commercial frameworks for channel, reseller, and technology partnerships — including revenue-share, co-sell, and white-label arrangements
-
Evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions using financial models and strategic fit analysis
-
Support BD negotiations with commercial term sheets, deal models, and sensitivity analyses
-
Track partnership performance against KPIs and iterate on model terms to optimise mutual value
Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure monetisation strategy is embedded in the product roadmap
-
Present business model recommendations to senior leadership with clear data narratives and trade-off analysis
-
Maintain a living library of model templates, pricing frameworks, and partnership playbooks
Required Skills
-
2–5 years of experience in product management, strategy, business operations, or management consulting — with direct exposure to SaaS or AI products
-
Strong financial modelling skills: comfortable building complex Excel/Sheets models from scratch, including revenue forecasts, cohort models, and scenario trees
-
Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to a pricing or GTM initiative end-to-end
-
Analytical mindset: ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured models and clear recommendations
-
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present complex trade-offs concisely to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
-
Prior experience at an AI-native company, vertical SaaS startup, or edtech/publishing firm
-
Familiarity with partnership deal structuring (channel, OEM, or API reseller agreements)
-
Exposure to tools such as Notion, Mixpanel, dbt, or SQL for product and revenue analytics
-
MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution
