- 3.5–8 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an agency, media, production house, or brand environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve experience is an added advantage)
- Proven experience leading and mentoring video editing teams, allocating work, reviewing outputs, and ensuring timely project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative and technical standards
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual communication, and audience engagement across digital platforms
- Expertise in motion graphics integration, color grading, sound design, and visual effects workflows
- In-depth knowledge of video codecs, resolutions, export settings, and platform-specific optimization requirements
- Experience collaborating with creative directors, designers, content strategists, and clients to translate concepts into compelling video content
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
- A proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail
- Experience in developing editing processes, quality standards, and workflow efficiencies for the team
Bonus: Experience working on YouTube content, branded content, product videos, ad films, social media campaigns, reels, and corporate films
Mandatory: Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced editing, storytelling, creative leadership, and team/project management capabilities
