Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, overseeing campaigns, handling branding initiatives, and leading the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and branding activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and social media platforms.
- Monitor SEO, website traffic, online engagement, and lead generation performance.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity and market presence.
- Ensure consistency in all marketing materials, advertisements, and communication.
- Manage branding campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorship activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise marketing executives, designers, content creators, and agencies.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support.
Campaign Execution & Promotions
- Manage online and offline promotional activities.
- Coordinate events, launches, workshops, and marketing activations.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve conversions.
- Support membership sales and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze ROI, customer engagement, and advertising performance.
- Suggest improvements based on data and market insights.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with printers, media agencies, production vendors, and freelancers.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
