Role Overview
The Campus Recruitment Executive will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end campus hiring initiatives to attract early-career talent from colleges and universities. The role involves campus outreach, relationship management, candidate engagement, recruitment coordination, and achieving hiring targets while strengthening the organization’s employer brand across academic institutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Hiring Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute annual and seasonal campus recruitment drives
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and training institutes for hiring partnerships
- Schedule and manage on-campus/virtual recruitment events
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Identify and source potential candidates through campus drives, job fairs, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and selection processes with hiring managers
Institutional Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies
- Represent the organization at seminars, workshops, and career fairs
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives on campuses
Candidate Engagement & Counselling
- Guide students about job roles, career opportunities, and company culture
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage offer roll-outs, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,382.60 - ₹15,053.27 per month

- Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
