Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical positions across the organization. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies while attracting high-quality talent aligned with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
· Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
· Negotiate salary packages within approved budgets.
· Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
· Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
· Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
· Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Prior experience in Environmental Consultancy, Engineering, Infrastructure, EPC, or Consulting organizations will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
· Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,097.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
