Primesys Technologies is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated Technical Support Executive to join our growing team in Bhusawal. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about technology and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer support, resolving technical issues, monitoring GPS/software-related concerns, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth service operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer support queries in a timely manner
· Resolve customer complaints and technical issues by providing appropriate solutions and guidance
· Identify recurring issues, track problems, and coordinate for resolution
· Work with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer satisfaction
· Provide daily/weekly updates on recurring issues and service status
· Monitor and support GPS/software systems and assist customers with troubleshooting
· Prepare reports and maintain records using Excel, Word, and related tools
· Prepare and deliver basic software demonstrations and customer guidance whenever required
· Follow up with customers to collect feedback and improve service experience
· Visit client locations/site offices whenever required for technical support
Qualifications & Education Requirements
· Diploma / Graduate (BCA, B.Sc Computer, B Com. Electronics, IT or related field preferred)
· Freshers are welcome to apply
· Good computer knowledge and technical understanding required
· Good communication skills in Hindi and English
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email handling
· Basic understanding of computers, mobile devices, SIM/network troubleshooting preferred
· Sincere, hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to learn
· Ability to handle multiple customer queries and coordinate effectively
Preferred Skills
· Good technical knowledge of computers, mobile devices, communication systems, and networks
· Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
· Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
· Comfortable traveling to client sites when required
· Candidate from Bhusawal/Jalgaon nearby area preferred
Note: Project-specific training will be provided to selected candidates.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
