What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.
What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the Talent & HR Operations strategy aligned with business and client priorities. Lead large-scale HR transformation and operational excellence initiatives. Drive innovation, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across HR processes. Partner with senior client executives and Accenture leadership to shape workforce strategies. Service Delivery & Operations Oversee end-to-end HR operations including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Acquisition, Learning Administration, Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Employee Relations Support, and HR Shared Services. Ensure delivery excellence against SLA, KPI, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets. Manage complex global delivery models across multiple locations and teams. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the executive sponsor for strategic client relationships. Lead governance forums, business reviews, and executive-level discussions. Manage escalations and ensure successful resolution of critical business issues. Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership teams. Roles and Responsibilities: •This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture • It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters • Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
