Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with technical depth
- Strong technical background (engineering or computer science background preferred)
- Proven track record of successful product launches and growth
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience with metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and long-term technical roadmap
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Work with engineering to define technical requirements and architecture
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success
- Manage product releases and go-to-market strategy
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
- Make data-driven product decisions
- Lead prioritization of features and technical investments
- Present product vision to executives and key stakeholders
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong experience in Product Management
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience working with SaaS products
- Knowledge of AI/ML and emerging technologies
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C product strategies
- Expertise in Technical Roadmapping and Product Strategy
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
