Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
- Handle employee documentation, joining, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and HR audits.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in End-to-End Recruitment, and campus recruitment
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
- Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll software. zoho people
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Stable employment history preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
