Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Teacher to teach Classes VIII to X. The candidate should be proficient in language and literature, with the ability to prepare students for CBSE board examinations while developing strong communication and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Classes VIII to X as per CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured lesson plans.
- Focus on grammar, writing skills, literature, and comprehension.
- Prepare students for Class X board examinations.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events.
- Encourage students in debates, presentations, and literary activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Post Graduate (M.A. English) / Graduate (B.A. English)
- B.Ed. – Mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (CBSE preferred)
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
