Job Description
A reputed Cambridge School in Coimbatore is looking for a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience in delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver English lessons in accordance with the Cambridge Curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through engaging classroom activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love for literature and language.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure student success.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and other academic initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge Curriculum school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- Passionate about student-centred learning and continuous professional development.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
