The candidate must have knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA Regulations to
handle Secretarial functions.
Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies covering:
Assisting in preparation of documents related to Board &
General meetings & organizing meetings
Maintaining statutory registers.
Undertaking filings – event based and annual
Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and
advising on the provisions of law
Liaising with clients, external regulators and advisers, and
auditors
Undertaking reporting’s as per FEMA Regulations
Undertaking content contribution by way of articles & blogs
Adapting technology for improving efficiency & execution
