We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Agency or Appointment Setting Partner to help us generate qualified B2B leads and book meetings with brands looking for creative production services.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying qualified decision-makers
- Generating high-quality B2B leads
- Booking meetings with potential clients
- Running outbound campaigns through Cold Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling, or similar channels
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Providing weekly progress reports
- Working closely with our team to improve outreach performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation
- Experience booking appointments for service-based businesses
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of outbound sales
- Experience working with international clients is preferred
- Ability to consistently deliver qualified opportunities
- Agency or team preferred (individual appointment setters may also apply)
Compensation
- Fixed Monthly Retainer: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
- Attractive Incentives on successful project closures
