About the Role
The Prime Step Institute is looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer who can help students improve their spoken English, communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, and interview preparation. The ideal candidate should be able to create an engaging learning environment and motivate students to achieve confidence in English communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills classes.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency techniques.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and professional communication.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practice activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct personality development and soft skills training sessions.
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
