Position: Design Engineer
Experience: 5–8 years specifically within a Panel Manufacturing or Switchgear company.
Software Skills: AutoCAD Electrical : For creating precise schematics and 2D/3D layouts
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with high experience can also fit).
Expected Salary 35K to 40K

Job Description
1. Core Design Skills
- Circuit Design: Developing General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Single Line Diagram, Power & Control Circuits, and Termination schedules.
- Component Sizing: Accurate selection of Switchgear (ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs), Protection Relays, and CT/PT ratios based on load requirements.
- Busbar Design: Designing busbar layouts that account for clearance, creepage distances, and short-circuit withstand capacity.
- Thermal Management: Calculating heat dissipation within the panel and designing ventilation or cooling systems (fans/filters) to prevent overheating.
2. Software Proficiency
A modern design engineer must be proficient in:
- AutoCAD Electrical / : For creating precise schematics and 2D layouts.
