About the Wellness Shop
We’re a fast-growing wellness brand committed to clean, effective, and conscious products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of invoicing, Tally, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process Invoices, Receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Deduct and reconcile TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).
- Experience in Invoice Preparation and Accounting Entries.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and MIS Reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Educational Qualification
- M.Com / B.Com is mandatory.
