We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Coordinator cum Office Administrator to support our sales and daily office operations.
The main responsibility of this role is to update and maintain the CRM system regularly and use CRM data to make timely sales follow-up calls. The candidate will also be required to contact customers based on sales leads received from Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
The role also includes basic office administration tasks such as coordinating with vendors, managing bills, maintaining records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain CRM data accurately
- Make sales follow-up calls using CRM information
- Contact customers based on leads received from Meta platforms
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Take care of bills, records, and basic office documentation
- Support general office management and daily administrative activities

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
