Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Travel Consultant / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Sales or travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
