Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager is responsible for handling the complete financial and accounting operations of the dealership, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and smooth coordination with banks, auditors, OEM, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management.
- Handle journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
GST & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Manage TDS calculations, filing, and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and government regulations.
Dealership Operations Accounting
- Monitor vehicle billing, retail finance entries, and stock accounting.
- Verify sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery documentation.
- Handle OEM incentive accounting and claim reconciliation.
- Monitor workshop revenue, spare parts accounts, and warranty claims.
Banking & Finance Coordination
- Coordinate with banks for loan processing and OD/CC facilities.
- Handle payment schedules for vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor customer finance settlements and pending collections.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze dealership profitability and expense control.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
Team Management
- Supervise accounts executives and cashier operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, spares, and accounts departments.
- Train staff on accounting procedures and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience in dealership accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP/DMS software.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in automobile dealership accounts or related finance roles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
