Location: Murugeshpalya, Bangalore (Candidates residing nearby preferred)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Work Schedule: 12 Hours/Day | 6 Days/Week
Weekly Off: 1 Day
About the Role
AiR Institute of Realization is a spiritual NGO dedicated to spreading awareness, self-realization, and humanitarian service. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly professional Personal Assistant who is enthusiastic about contributing to a purpose-driven organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate dedication, integrity, adaptability, and a positive attitude while providing executive and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items to completion.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle professional email correspondence, phone calls, and executive communication.
- Organize travel, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements as required.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prioritize assignments, manage deadlines, and provide regular status updates.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities and special projects assigned by the executive.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in scheduling meetings and preparing professional Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional soft skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
Preferred
- Candidates residing in or near Murugeshpalya, Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates with a strong sense of dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to contribute to the mission and values of a spiritual NGO.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
