Search Engine Optimization: seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and encompasses a range of activities including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content marketing, keyword research, link building, communication, competitor analysis, critical thinking.
Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits to boost website performance.
Implement best practices to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Content Marketing
Work with the content team to align strategy with SEO goals.
Support initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and organic growth.
Keyword Research
Identify high-performing, relevant keywords through thorough research.
Optimize content using target keywords to enhance visibility.
Link Building
Assist in developing effective backlink strategies through outreach.
Focus on building domain authority with quality links.
Competitor Analysis
Analyze competitor SEO tactics to identify market opportunities.
Use insights to enhance and refine current SEO strategies.
Analytics & Decision Making
Use SEO tools to monitor key metrics and trends.
Support data-driven decisions for continuous SEO improvement.
Communication & Collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute SEO plans.
Regularly report performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
Technical Skills & AI Tools
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is expected.
Should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Bard.
Soft Skills & Creativity
Strong communication, adaptability, and creative thinking are key.
Time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing, with at least 12 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Link Building, and Content Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and SEO best practices.
