The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance communication, personality development, leadership, teamwork, presentation, and professional etiquette skills among students and staff. The trainer will help individuals build confidence, improve interpersonal skills, and prepare for academic and professional success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, or Personality Development is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
