Python Algorithmic Trading Developer (Strategy Testing & Automation)
We are looking for a skilled Python developer with experience in algorithmic trading to help build and test automated trading strategies based on our ideas.
The candidate will be responsible for converting trading concepts into Python-based strategies, performing backtesting, and analyzing performance results.
This role requires strong knowledge of financial markets, data analysis, and trading automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trading strategies using Python
- Perform backtesting and strategy optimization using historical market data
- Build scripts to analyze trading performance and risk
- Work with financial data APIs and market data feeds
- Collaborate with our team to improve trading models
- Document strategy performance and results
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python
- Experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Knowledge of algorithmic trading and technical indicators
- Experience with backtesting frameworks
- Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
