Job Description :-
We are looking for an experienced ** Printer Repair Engineer** to join our team in **East of Kailash, New Delhi**. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in repairing and servicing **A4 & A3 printers**, including **Color, Black & White, Multifunction, Inkjet, and Laser Printers**. The candidate must be capable of independently handling on-site printer repairs and technical support.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Repair and service *A4 & A3 printers** of all major brands.
- Diagnose and repair Color & Black & White Laser Printers**.
- Repair and maintain Multifunction Printers (MFPs)**.
- Repair **Inkjet Printers and **Inkjet Print Heads**.
- Troubleshoot and repair DC Controller Boards and Formatter Cards.
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services at customer sites.
- Identify hardware faults and carry out board-level repairs.
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Deliver professional and efficient customer support during field visits.

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience** in printer repair and maintenance.

- A4 & A3 Printers
- Color & Black & White Laser Printers
- Multifunction Printers (MFPs)
- Inkjet Printers & Inkjet Print Heads
- DC Controller Boards
- Formatter Cards
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments.
- Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
