Job Summary
We are looking for an MIS Executive responsible for managing dialer operations, lead databases, productivity reports, dashboards and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead databases and data uploads.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare productivity dashboards.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams.
- Monitor dialer performance and campaign reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze business performance trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years experience in MIS within a BPO or call center environment.
- Hands-on experience with dialer systems.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Experience in database management and dashboard preparation.
