Senior Executive – Operations (E-commerce)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Senior Executive – Operations (E-commerce) to manage inventory, supply chain, logistics, and stock replenishment across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other online marketplaces. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and smooth operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment across all platforms.
- Track DRR, Days of Cover (DOC), and maintain optimum stock availability.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses and logistics partners.
- Reconcile inventory, returns, transfers, and platform stock reports.
- Coordinate billing, purchase orders, invoices, and stock-transfer documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse, accounts, sales, and category teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, stock movement, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA/Vendor Central, Flipkart FBF, or quick-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Knowledge of GST billing, invoices, and inventory documentation.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, or Zepto panels.
- Multi-brand inventory management experience.
