About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate online educator to deliver engaging training for our teacher training program. In this role, you will lead virtual classes, mentor students, and provide academic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live, interactive online classes for enrolled students.
- Teach the curriculum using practical examples, activities, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and assignment support to students.
- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive virtual learning environment.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining high teaching standards.
- Guide students in developing effective teaching and classroom-management skills.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- MPTTC / Montessori Teacher Training qualification or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in Montessori teaching, preschool education, early childhood education, or academic teacher training.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and modern teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage learners effectively.
- Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is an added advantage.
Work Schedule

- Approximately 5–6 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on batch timings
Compensation
₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)Compensation
