1. Trade Marketing Execution:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost brand presence at the retail level.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between trade marketing activities and sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and merchandising effectiveness.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers and promoters to ensure store-level execution.
- Assign territories, schedules, and performance targets to merchandisers and promoters.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Merchandising & Retail Execution:
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability across retail outlets.
- Monitor and enhance planogram compliance and POS (Point-of-Sale) material utilization.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess retail execution and competitor activities.
4. Promotions & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, consumer activations, and trade incentives.
- Work with the marketing team to develop trade communication materials.
- Measure ROI of trade marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
5. Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and consumer trends.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, execution quality, and trade marketing impact.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
