Job Summary
The Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and holistic development of students in accordance with institutional standards and curriculum guidelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Delivery
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
- Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methodologies, including digital tools.
- Ensure effective classroom engagement and conceptual clarity for all learners.
2. Student Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and conduct assessments, tests, and examinations as per academic schedules.
- Evaluate answer scripts and assignments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.
3. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment within the classroom.
- Address behavioral and academic concerns effectively.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all students.
4. Student Development
- Identify and support diverse learning needs, including remedial and enrichment activities.
- Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
5. Parent & Stakeholder Communication
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide regular updates on student progress.
- Collaborate with parents, coordinators, and school leadership to address student needs.
6. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain lesson plans, attendance registers, assessment records, and student documentation.
- Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and academic timelines.
- Perform examination duties, including invigilation and evaluation.
7. Institutional Contribution
- Actively participate in school events, assemblies, workshops, and training programs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning where required.
- Support school initiatives and uphold the institution’s values and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in English communication.
- Effective classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the use of educational technology and digital tools.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
