Eligibility:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but fresh talented candidates with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach students from school level to competitive examination level.
- Comfortable with both online and offline teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging classroom and online lectures.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in concept building and exam preparation.
- Resolve academic doubts and mentor students individually.
- Maintain academic discipline and ensure timely syllabus completion.
Scope of Work:
- Teach Science or Commerce subjects for school, college, and competitive examinations.
- Deliver live classes and recorded sessions when required.
- Participate in curriculum planning and content development.
- Conduct revision classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance analysis.
- Support students through continuous academic mentoring.
