The Maintenance Department employee is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. The role includes maintaining guest rooms, public areas, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and ensuring safety standards are met to provide a comfortable guest experience.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities
- Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and departments
- Maintain hotel rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, kitchens, and public areas
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
