*Role*
We need a sales leader to drive direct sales and build a high-performing team for premium real estate projects across Delhi NCR.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Own monthly sales targets and team if we provide
- Lead, train & manage 5-10 Direct Sales Executives
- Consult and close HNI/NRI/Investor clients
- Conduct site visits, presentations & negotiations
- Generate leads through network, referrals & events
- Maintain CRM and sales forecasting
*Requirements:*
- *Experience*: 5-8 years in Real Estate Direct Sales + 2 years team handling
- *Proven Track Record*: ₹10Cr+ annual sales closure preferred
- *Network*: Strong HNI & channel partner database in Delhi NCR
- *Skills*: Consultative selling, negotiation, leadership
- *Education*: Graduate. MBA preferred
