Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and Local Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out. Welcome guests on arrival and assist them during their stay which includes inquiries (e.g. localattraction/dining reservation) and feedback. Maintain up-to-date information on service rates, current promotions, offers, and packages. Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfortto any guest. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes. Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment – perform basic cashier activity,and coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance, IT, and Admin staff. Maintain guest lockers for safe custody. Give proper and complete handover to the next shift Follow the rules and policies laid down by the management. Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards. Must possess strong organization time management skills, and attention to detail. A positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential. Professional in demeanor and presentation. Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
