Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution (35%)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Support fundraising and awareness campaigns digitally Manage paid and organic campaign activities
2. Content & Creative Coordination (25%)
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets Maintain consistency in messaging and branding
3. Social Media Management (20%)
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interaction
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking (10%)
5. Trend Research & Innovation (10%) Candidate Specification- Education
- Track campaign performance and key metrics
- Generate reports and optimize strategies
- Stay updated with digital trends and tools
- Suggest new campaign ideas and improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience:
- 2–5 years in digital marketing or related field Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign execution
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and analytics platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail Personal Attributes:
