Position : Cashier/ Waiter / Captain
Salary : 18K - 25K (Location : Kunnamkulam & Thrissur outlets)
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Supervision: Lead front-of-house staff during shifts, setting an example of professionalism and ensuring service standards are met.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, take orders, manage guest complaints, and collect feedback to improve service quality.
- Training & Mentoring: Train and mentor new junior servers, ensuring they understand restaurant protocols and culture.
- Operations Oversight: Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and ensure proper setup of tables, cutlery, and linens.
- Inventory & Equipment: Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory, including conducting inventory spot checks and ensuring proper maintenance of service equipment.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and hygiene
