Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
- Prepare and maintain the Montessori learning environment and teaching materials.
- Observe and record each child’s progress and adapt lessons according to their individual needs.
- Encourage independence, self-discipline, and confidence in children.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Montessori Training Certificate from a recognized institute (AMI/IMTC/NMI or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori/Pre-Primary setup.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Warm, patient, and caring attitude toward young children.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and teamwork spirit.
