Job Requirements:
We are seeking a Stores & Logistics Executive to support and maintain high standards of product and process quality across our operations. This role focuses on inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables.

Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.

Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory, and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Maintain inventory transactions in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.

Prepare dispatch documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport records, as applicable.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and statutory requirements.

Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Finance teams for smooth material flow.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/ Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or a related Engineering discipline.

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
