Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager for MyG Future, Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, managing overall store operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall store sales and achieve business targets
- Manage daily store operations efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily reports
- Handle stock coordination and product availability
- Maintain store discipline, visual merchandising, and operational standards
- Resolve customer issues and support smooth store functioning
- Coordinate with management for achieving business goals
Requirements
- Any Graduation
- 3–4 years experience in retail sales and store operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of billing and retail operational procedures
