Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.

Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers.

Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Proven sales closing skills and a confident telephone presence.

Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience in telesales or business development is an added advantage.

Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
