Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Dr Shafeeque’s Medical Centre
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join our medical centre. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines, maintaining pharmacy records, managing stock, and ensuring safe and accurate medication handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately.
- Check prescriptions and ensure proper dosage and instructions.
- Explain medication usage and precautions to patients.
- Maintain pharmacy stock and monitor expiry dates.
- Maintain proper records of medicines and pharmacy transactions.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff when required.
- Follow pharmacy rules, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requirements.
Requirements:
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.
- Valid pharmacist registration.
- Good knowledge of medicines and prescriptions.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Experience in a clinic/hospital pharmacy is preferred.
