- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling when required.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation for management.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, including full-and-final settlements and exit interviews.
- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
