Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail store operations
- Drive sales targets and customer engagement
- Lead and motivate store staff
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards
- Handle inventory management and reporting
- Build strong VIP/customer relationships

Requirements
- 4–8 years of retail management experience
- Mandatory experience in luxury/premium brands
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience handling high-value clientel
