Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales for EV charging infrastructure and EPC projects.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients. Develop relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, real estate developers, corporates, and government bodies.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, EPC Sales, EV Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or related sectors.
Required Skills
- Proven EPC sales experience.
- Good knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and EV ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong lead generation and client acquisition capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across India. Compensation & Working Schedule Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Negotiable)
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
