We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
