About the Role
RBC Tech is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are passionate about building a career in IT recruitment and are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support the recruitment team in closing positions within deadlines

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of IT roles (preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, MBA, etc.)
- candidates with min 1+ year of experience in recruitment

- Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
- Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone alignment)
