About the Job / Description
Infra Elevators is hiring an experienced Senior Technician – Service/Maintenance to support elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair operations across Kerala.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in elevator service and maintenance activities, including fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, repair works, and customer coordination. The role requires extensive field travel and the ability to independently manage service-related activities across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical and periodic inspections of elevators
- Execute preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance activities
- Diagnose and resolve complex elevator faults and breakdowns
- Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs and adjustments
- Perform major repair and replacement activities
- Conduct technical site surveys for elevator modernisation and retrofit projects
- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and customer communication details
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Support additional service and maintenance activities as required
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of elevator industry experience
- Experience in elevator installation, repairs, and maintenance is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of traction elevators and multi-brand systems
- Knowledge of inverter drives and elevator controllers
- Experience with escalators and hydraulic elevators is an advantage
- Familiarity with elevator safety codes and maintenance standards
- ERP/software knowledge preferred
- Valid 2-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
