As an Analyst Global Fleet Management, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven fleet management across Siemens Energy’s global vehicle fleet. You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of fleet data while supporting global fleet strategy execution through reporting, analytics, and governance.
Working closely with regional fleet managers, HR, Finance, Procurement, Sustainability teams, and external providers, you will provide actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making, including cost optimization, fleet electrification, decarbonization, compliance, and performance management.

Ensure high-quality and consistent fleet data through effective master data management, validation processes, and governance practices.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks covering fleet cost, utilization, compliance, sustainability, and operational performance.

Provide analytical support for strategic fleet initiatives such as vehicle electrification, CO₂ reduction, and fleet optimization programs.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting transparency, and decision-making processes.

Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes while preparing management-ready analyses and presentations.

University degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, procurement, fleet management, or a similar analytical role within an international environment.

Strong expertise in data management, KPI development, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.

Understanding of fleet management principles, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), vehicle lifecycle management, sustainability metrics, and compliance requirements is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.

Fluency in English; additional language capabilities are a plus.
