Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Conduct customer follow-up calls and feedback collection.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer retention and service reminder activities.
Prepare and submit CRM reports.
Requirements:
Any Degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM is preferred.
Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
